Advance booking

3. Requests for sets of parts must be made in advance to the Publishers by submitting an application form for each work required; application forms are available upon request from the publishers, or by e-mail.

The publishers would expect to reply to an application by return; Confirmation (which will give the date for which the set will be supplied) will be sent via email wherever possible.

Approval of applications is not automatic and the hirer's previous borrowing record will be taken into account.

Postage and returns.

4. Postage will be charged on all parts, and is by carrier and must be returned by the same method.

 In some cases local to the publishers the parts may be delivered by Modrana Music Publishers Ltd.

Sets must be returned complete and in order (viz. string parts in the order Vln I, Vln II, Vla, Vc, Db; the wind parts in numerical order). An invoice for the parts will be issued and must be paid before the parts are supplied by the publisher and will include a £20.00 fully returnable deposit. Punitive fines may be made for missing parts, and a surcharge may be made if a set of parts is returned unsorted.
